Return and Refund Policy

Every DAMECORE piece is a one-of-one reworked vintage item. Because each piece cannot be restocked, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind.

Vintage sizing can run differently from modern sizing, so please review the size and condition notes on each product page before you order. If you have questions about fit, email us before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email olivia@shopdamecore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including shipping. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Normal signs of vintage wear described on the product page (light wear or fading) are not considered damage.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before the order ships.
