These Terms of Service apply to your use of shopdamecore.com, operated by DAMECORE. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

DAMECORE pieces are reworked vintage items. Each piece is one of one and may show light signs of wear consistent with vintage garments. We make every effort to show colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen.

Not affiliated

Products described as "inspired" by a team reference team colors only. DAMECORE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the WNBA or any of its teams. All team names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Because every piece is one of one, items are available first come, first served. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, text, and the DAMECORE name and logo, belongs to DAMECORE and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAMECORE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
